Emergency/ Disaster Relief Support
As in the case of the chaos and catastrophic destruction caused by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita in late 2005, MINDERS Protective Services, a division of NBI, provides security and protective support to assets and personnel of both victims and relief workers. In times of desperation, good people may act irrationally when faced with the possibility of the loss of their life or that of a loved one. Retail, hospitals, fuel and supply distribution centers, and even the men and women working diligently around the clock to restore water, power and transportation routes are vulnerable to the desperate actions of hopeless citizens. Highly trained and experienced "Security First Responders" play an essential role in restoring order and maintaining a secure environment for victims, businesses and emergency relief workers in which to operate.
Executive Level Protection
To corporate executives, foreign dignitaries and celebrities, MINDERS provides single and multi-agent protective details for short or long term assignments, or advance and protection teams involving national and international travel.
Strike Management
When workers strike, the potential for heightened hostility, injury and liability increases dramatically, leaving the employer with the duty to protect the non-striking employees and consumers from retaliation and harm. As important as protecting the physical security of persons is the acquisition of evidence of wrong doing by hostile strikers. A well trained security team equipped with video and sound recording equipment is essential to performing the necessary due diligence for a safe and well documented strike resolution.

What We Do - Minders Protective Services provides unparalleled security services by devising a superior security force capable of protecting the facility, employees, and property of our clients. Our teams are trained not only to identify threats but to anticipate them and take control of a situation in the least invasive manner possible.
How We Do It - In conjunction with an understanding of our client's needs and expectations, we conduct a physical security estimate of the facility to include possible contingencies such as fire, bomb threats, disgruntled employees, theft, and terrorism vulnerability. Based on our research, we develop a customized security plan for our client's consideration.
Forming The Security Team - A Project Manager is assigned to each client to work closely with management of the client company to ensure satisfaction. That supervisor performs a needs assessment and creates a team of professionals dedicated to each assignment. The recruiting process begins with a thorough background investigation on all team members. Once the team is formed, the training begins. Our teams are trained in counter-terrorism techniques/procedures, facilities inspections and reporting, contingency operations, and personnel protection. Once training is complete, the team begins work and becomes your on-sight security force.
